Victor Shange Looking down upon others is defined by some as the sign of insecurity and immaturity.I concur 100% with that notion but I will elaborate on that some other time. One leader defines wisdom as the ability to learn something from every one without exclusion cos even a mentally deranged or a fool has a certain level of wisdom and a wise person does some foolish things sometime.AMEN
