Sleeping bag and any warm clothes to warm you during night and early jump off; 4. Food, probably in can for 4 meals on the trail and campsite  3 can food  3 cup noodles  1 loaf bread (nasa sau kung magdadala ka palaman)  3 in 1 coffee 3 sachet  Trail Food  Water-Mineral (Preferable 500 ml) OR zipped locked food like fried chicken, boiled egg, boiled banana, fresh bread and peeled fruits (maganda po if ready to eat na po ang pag pack and if possible eliminate natin ang pwedeng maging basura o pampabigat lng) And Chocolates!!! Don't bring too much food it’s too heavy on your back pack, bring only what you normally eat for the day. 5.Head lamp (flash lights) - 2 units minimum rechargeable or extra battery 6.
